The heavens opened up sometime after midnight, but by that time they had already gotten the concrete bases down. The next morning they were dropping the new rail. |
Every hole that wasn't filled with stone was now filled with water. |
Almost everyone was decked out in monsoon gear. |
After the rail was bolted on the north end, the south end was cut to fit. |
