It is now 24 hours after the road was closed, and the storm clouds of the impending Nor'easter are creeping up like a tidal wave in slow motion . They are now using two Grad-Alls to spread the stone, trying to get the concrete sections down before the liquid onslaught. |
The right side is getting more stone nearly up to the rails, while they are laying the final layer of grit on the left, using the screed rails to level it before the concrete sections are placed. |
