Lloyds

Lloyd's was listed as a flag stop on the timetable, but it was known by the community as "Lloyd's Station". The building contains a small freight holding area and a divided passenger waiting room. The structure was more than a simple pavilion, but the amount of traffic did not warrant regular stops.

At right is an enlargement of the area where the station is believed to have been located. Note the cluster of trees alongside the mainline near the bottom of the image. This is believed to be the most likely location for the building.

Additionally, in the book "Yesteryear Miscellany", there is a map on page 255 which has a mark showing a possible location for the Lloyd's station near the bottom, at the junction of the two dirt roads, about where the three trees are lined up.
