My 7th Annual Christmas Shopping Amtrak Trip. The trip would be another day longer than last year and once again include a rental car. This was also my first experience with Amtrak's "Diner-Lite" Service in the "new" dining car for the Lake Shore Limited.

My 10th year using Amtrak to get to Cedar Point with this being my 16th straight year visiting Cedar Point. I'd also ride the entire length of the California Zephyr and travel to Fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada for the first time. I'd also get to railfan on the BNSF Transcon. Check It Out!!!
