About Membership
There are many advantages to membership in the Susquehanna Valley Railway Historical Society.
- Attend monthly meetings with programs September through June
- Meet others interested in our local railroad history, past and present
- Get The Feedwater Heater, our quarterly chapter newsletter. For a sample, see the
50th Anniversary issue.
- Get Southern Tier Railroading, a periodic digital newsletter
- Get digital newsletters from 22 rail organizations (mostly NRHS chapters), some monthly and some less frequently
- Access our video lending library
- Access our archives for research
- Participate in local or regional Chapter events such as museum displays, train shows, host of special events, and other Chapter sponsored activities
- Participate in Chapter Committees such as Newsletter, Programs, Archives, Restoration, Events, Hospitality, and Web site
Membership Choices
- Join SVRHS or Renew your SVRHS membership
- Regular membership dues are $20. Additional family members at the same address are $3 each.
Members may sponsor up to two persons aged 18 or under for $5 each.
- Fill out the SVRHS Membership form:
- Preferred method: Print the
Membership form and fill it in.
- If you can't or don't want to print the form,
send us an email and we will mail you the Membership form.
- Payment may be made by cash or check (payable to SVRHS) at one of our meetings or by check mailed to the address
at the bottom of this page.
Join NRHS or Renew your NRHS membership
We would love to have you join SVRHS.
