Amtrak Mountain Home, ID Station was located between Shoshone, ID and Boise, ID (about 50 miles southeast of Boise).  Amtrak service to Mountain Home ended around 1981.  Amtrak Pioneer had never stopped at the station until it was discontinued in May 1996.
