Amtrak discontinued the service of Pioneer (Seattle - Chicago) on May 11, 1997. The trains stopped at Boise, ID. No passenger train comes to Boise today, but the station building is well-maintained. The station stands on the top of hill, so we can see a great panoramic view (See a picture). Boise is the capital city in Idaho. |
