Amtrak Guilford, CT station was located between Madison, CT and Leete's Island, CT. Amtrak Service to Guilford ended in 1972 due to discontinuance of Train #402/403, New London-New Haven round trip known as Clamdigger. The old station building was demolished in 2000. New high-level platforms and ADA-compliant facility was built in 2005. The station is currently used for Shore Line East commuter rail service.
