Camrail - Avertissement



Attention:
Sans autorisation, la photographie des trains et installations ferroviaires est
STRICTEMENT INTERDITE
au Cameroun!

A noter que cette interdiction s'applique également aux objets militaires, ainsi qu'à tous les palais et bâtiments officiels (Ministères, administrations, police, tribunaux, etc). La police (en général omniprésente, en uniforme et souvent en civil !) peut en cas d'infraction procéder à la confiscation non seulement des films, cassettes et cartes-mémoire, mais également de tout le matériel de prise de vue.

En revanche, si vous disposez d'une autorisation en règle de la Camrail, et que vous vous signalez au personel de la gare et au poste de police AVANT de commencer à photographier, vous n'aurez en général pas de problèmes à craindre.

Il est très fortement conseillé de prendre d'abord contact par téléphone (de préférence en francais, ou éventuellement en anglais), et de s'y prendre au moins quelques semaines à l'avance.

STRIKT VERBOTEN !
Dieser Verbot gilt auch für sämtliche Militär- und Amtsgebäuden (Ministerien, Amtshäuser, Polizei- und Justizgebäuben, usw.). Das Polizei (gewöhnlich überall präsent, uniformiert oder in Zivilkleidung!) kann nicht nur die Filmen, Bänder und Speicherkarten beschlagnahmen, sondern auch den ganzen Ausrüstung.

Hingegen, falls Sie ein gültigen Erlaubnis der Bahngesellschaft haben, und Sie sich VOR der Aufnahmen beim Bahnpersonal und beim Bahnhofpolizeiposten melden, sind keine besondere Problemen zu befürchten.

The photography of the trains and railway installations in Cameroon without authorisation is
STRICTLY PROHIBITED !
This interdiction is also valid for all kinds of Military and official buildings (Ministeries, governement , police and court buildings, etc.). The police is usually present everywhere in uniform and in civil clothes, and may take not only the films, tapes and memory cards, but also the complete equipment (cameras, etc.).

Instead, if you got a valid photography authorisation from the railway company, and you ask the station personal and the police station before you begin to shoot pictures, you will not have much to fear.
