Where It Went

The Julesburg Subdivision went from Julesburg to La Salle, passing through the towns of Ovid, Sedgwick, Crook, Iliff, Sterling, Atwood, Merino, Snyder, Fort Morgan, Weldona, and Kersey. The line between Messex (MP 86) and Kersey was torn out in the 90's. UP doesn't run on the part between Sterling and Messex, instead BNSF uses the track as a connection between the Brush Sub and the Angora Sub.
