The California Southern held it's 2nd Annual Wisconsin Day TOS on Sunday January 28, 2007. The afternoon sort of segued into a Milwaukee Road Operating Session, but it was still lots of fun. Below are some of the photos from the day, including a very spectacular train wreck late in the session. I have a number of video clips to edit also, look for those in the coming week or two. For those not familiar with TOS or "Themed Operating Session". A TOS limits the era of equipment that can be operated during the session so that only prototypically correct trains are operating. This was our club's 2nd formal TOS.

- Every club has it's share of derailments, including ours. This was one of the better ones in a while. Amazing what happens to a string of freight cars rolling downhill into a bad switch, especially when there are engines pushing them over that switch.
