Monday, October 7, 2013, Amtrak Pacific Surfliner added four new stops, Sorrento Valley, Encinitas, Carlsbad Poinsettia and Carlsbad Village. But, on October 9, 2017 Amtrak ended service to Encinitas and Carlsbad Poinsettia. One year later, Amtrak ended service to Sorrento Valley and Carlsbad Village on October 8, 2018 due to changing the Rail 2 Rail program. |
