Turrella Tramway's latest diesel shunter, D4, christened " BERT ", is a former shunter on the WIRE GRASS RAILWAY.
It has been modified from an 0-4-0 bogie type to an 0-6-0 coupling rod motion
(similiar to the VR F Class and the BR 08 Class shunters) .
NB. The side rods are obscured by the safety guard.
