Edward B. Stanton coined the phrase "The Northwest's Own Railway", which became the slogan of the SP&S. "The Nortwest's Own Railway" is also the official publication of the Spokane Portland and Seattle Railway Historical Society.
Published four times per year, articles come primarily from contributions from members. Subjects include motive power; freight and passenger equipment and operations; bridges, stations and structures, personal stories, and more. Anything related to the SP&S is welcome.
Below is a list of available back issues but also provides a basic index to articles. (There were no issues published during the year 2000.)
Issues 2003 No. 1, 2, and 3 are also available. Cost $4.50 each.
