The Rochester Area S-Gaugers were invited to show our modular layout at Greenberg's Train & Toy Show that was held on March 12th and 13th, 2011. This exhibit of the modular layout was the first time at the Monroe County Fair & Expo Center (Dome Arena) since December 1999 when the modular layout was on exhibit at The Great American Train Show. For this exhibit we set up the modular layout in its ten foot by twenty foot configuration.

Roger Delthony mailed an application with photos to the Greenberg's Show staff. They were pleased with Roger's presentation and invited the RASG club to exhibit their modular layout at this event. Roger reported that the attendance at this event was packed. There was a good turn out for the set up and operation at this exhibit. George Cole, Dave Daniel, Roger Delthony, and Chuck Smith were on hand for this show. Bill Johnson stopped by for a couple of hours on Saturday to give the others a break and assisted with the set-up and tear down of the modular layout. Improvements to the modular layout made just prior to this show will be highlighted in the photos and their captions that appear below. Bill Johnson also took the photos for this report. The scenery on the bridge modules have been improved by adding figures engaged in boating, fishing and swimming activities. The skirt that is draped around the bridge modules is now installed with Velcro fasteners instead of push pins. Set up, take down and storage the skirt material is now much easier and faster at shows. This show is the first time these improvements have been on public exhibit.
