For a short time at the end of July and beginning of August, the largest collection of former Conrail C39-8's got even larger (see July 8 2012 RPOTW). |

| Along with the two PNRR units, the third and final MMA unit arrived from Ivyland to join its sisters 8202 and 8208 before their trip to the great white north. |

| It is hard to tell which of the three was in the best shape, at least cosmetically, as MMA 8207 was missing a couple grills from its dynamic brake hump ... |

| and the number boards need a little help. |

| Unlike when you buy a car, it doesn't come with a full tank, either. |

| Alas, the gathering would not last as a few days later CSX C746 took them to Woodbourne and they were promptly picked up by Q418 to head to their new owner. |
