Cape May Seashore Lines Tuckahoe Station Tuckahoe NJ July 28 2006 |
The Cape May Seashore Lines has not been running this summer, but the equipment still has to be moved from time to time. Most of the pieces that had been stored in Rio Grande (pictures here, here and here) have been moved up to Tuckahoe, and that includes the two RDC's, M-407 and M-410, that can be found on most runs. Hopefully Friday's activity is a prelude to the restoration of their service between Richland and Tuckahoe and between Cape May City and Cape May Courthouse. At 10:15 on Friday morning, the RDC's are just warming up near the tower. |
They then pulled down to Tuckahoe Station. |
M-407 was leading with a slight plume from the exhaust. |
M-410 was trailing with a much more opaque plume ...... |
that really kicked in once they got moving. |
