| The plan for the evening rush: activate the block station just north of Gwynedd Valley to control all movements south. All inbound passenger service from Doylestown to Ambler was suspended, and all inbound trains become deadheads down to Ambler. |

| Create a bus bridge between Glenside and Ambler for outbound passengers continuing north. |
