| Penn Eastern Rail Lines Bristol Division Bristol PA June 29 2005 |
| Among the shortest of the many shortlines that Penn Eastern Rail Lines operates in eastern Pennysylvania is the Bristol Division located in Bristol PA. This former Pennsylvania Railroad (PRR) line runs from Amtrak's Northeast Corridor at Grundy Interlocking to an industrial park one mile west. It is only fitting that a former PRR locomotive be used in this service. PRL 81 is an NW2 that worked for PRR, Penn Central (PC), Conrail (CR), Brandywine Valley Railroad (BVRY) and Chester Valley Railroad (CHTS) before coming home to the Bristol Industrial Terminal Railway (BITY) and became part of the Penn Eastern family when BITY was acquired, along with CHTS and the Lancaster Northern Railway (LANO), by PRL's parent Emons Transportation in 1997. | PRL 81 heads east and is about to pass under the Pennsylvania Turnpike. |

| The hind end is just clearing the Turnpike overpass as PRL 81 approaches the grade crossing at Pacific Avenue. |

| After cutting away from the cars at the east end, PRL 81 waits as CSAO FJ10, which was waiting to drop off and pick up, pulls the cars toward Track 5 on the NEC at Grundy. |

| After FJ10 cleared the switch and cut away, PRL 81 coupled up again and pulled the newly arrived cars west, pausing just past the crossing over Route 13 before shoving back. |
