I have built many layouts in the past, and have worked in scales from G to T, and I'm confident I can design a layout to meet your needs. If there's a scale you're interested in that isn't listed below, feel free to contact me about a custom design. My goal is to offer an affordable solution for those that don't have the time or knowledge to build a basic model railroad. I'm also committed to making an affordable product for those on a budget. Layouts can be designed to be expanded as resources allow.
Basic scenery can be added (ground cover and ballast). More involved scenery is available as special order. Contact me to arrange something if you'd like a fully completed layout.
All projects require a 50% deposit before construction can begin. This covers the basic cost of materials. The balance is due before the layout is shipped.
All T,Z and N Gauge layouts are built with 1X3 framing and 3/8" plywood Top. HO layouts use 1X4 framing and 3/8" or 1/2" plywood top. Other materials can be specified as well, just ask for a quote.
Open Grid construction is available upon request.
Small layouts don't come with legs, but legs can be added for $30 per assembly. Larger sectional layouts may require a full sub base - $120 (Plus shipping) for 4X6-4X8 L Girder Table frame.
All single track layouts are wired for single train operation. Dual track Layouts are wired for 2 train operation/2 Packs (Not Supplied). Block control can be added if desired. DCC can be accommadated as well.
T Gauge Layouts - The world's smallest model railroad scale
All prices for layouts are not including power pack, trains or scenery. Layouts are constructed with no scenery by default. I can provide minimal ground cover for a small charge (see each scale for details). For any additional scenery, e-mail me your requirements for a quote.
Shipping is done via standard UPS ground. Other methods are available for additional charge. Delivery can be arranged in Southern Ontario. Delivery and set-up charges start at $75 for in-town, and $150 for out of town. Additional charges may apply for distances of more than 100 km.
