Or as I call them... Manual EOT's.
Just two photos that I could find regarding the
cabooses of the Chessie System
that I was able to photograph sometime in 1983 (or so)
from the Conrail/Chessie diamond
south of Park Ave. in Delaware, OH.

I saw this with my friend Jeff
Horstman around the end of March, early April 2002!
It's been way too long since
I've seen one of these on a freight train!

I know that there's a Chessie
cab in the middle of CSX's Queensgate Yard
here in Cincinnati, OH.
The only problem that remains is how to get to it!
