Year 2011 saw all the rolling stock moved to the wye (home of the Placerville & Sacramento Valley:2).
After reconstruction of the Railroad Block, only the caboose and museum cars will return to the depot site.
The final image is a 2021 Google Earth view of Railroad Block.
(Note: The Railroad Block has been completely reconstructed from 2015 to 2018)


The Zoo Train/ Folsom Valley Ry
This 12" guage live steamer is in operation in Lyons Park at the Folsom Zoo.
Locomotive is 4-4-0 #1 named "Cricket".

1. This plaque about the Sacramento Valley RR is located near the terminous of the Light Rail line.
2. This plaque can be found at the corner of Sutter and Wool Streets. (note: This plaque was removed during 2010 reconstruction of Sutter Street.)

4. The old Folsom Prison steamer #1 is privately owned and under restoration at Silverbend Farms in Clarksburg,CA.
(note: sold to new private owner,Willits,CA, Jan. 2014)
