Purchased by the Everett from the Conemaugh & Black Lick RR in March 1954. This locomotive was the
Everett's first, and is known to have seen service on the Huntingdon and Broad Top Mountain between Saxton and Everett
in March of 1954 before the Everett began their own operations. This may have been the only non-steam power to have
operated on the H&BTM outside of their motor car, M-39.
