London and Country purchased a small batch of Volvo Olympians with East Lancashire bodywork for a batch of routes in Surrey and the 403 was one of them. When London & Country was absorbed into Arriva the batch of buses remained at Beddington Farm for the 403. They sometimes get out onto the 264 and 289.
