A city on the right track?  Saginaw, Texas in 1991

A Santa Fe SF30C locomotive leads a westbound loaded grain train through Saginaw, Texas on November 18, 1991. Saginaw is located in northern Tarrant County, north of the city of Fort Worth, and was the location of a small Santa Fe -- now BNSF -- yard. The "City on the Right Track" sign is, unfortunately, no longer displayed.
