Positioned in its permanent location on the layout, the scenery gets built up around the finished building.

Greg Berndtson - I started with the Walthers Cornerstone Series Water Street Freight House Kit for HO. Some of the changes I made to make it 'S' sized was:

* Raised the entire building by 3/8th of an inch.
* New 'concrete' stairs were made from styrene to 'S' sized steps 
* I added an 'S' sized door on the office portion.
