A little bit about this layout

Members have toured the four inside layouts with Dr. Mike giving a history at each stop. New members marveled at the Department 56 village and beautiful Christmas tree in the living room. The den three tier ceiling layout complimented the G scale set up in the basement. Dr. Mike has been busy again upgrading his train layouts. The new layout in the kitchen has been on the back burner since Larry Paakh thought the Lurakis' kitchen was just waiting for an HO train to run along the top of the cabinets. Dr. Mike finally made it work with Pat's blessings. The bridges spanning doorways were designed and made of Plexiglas - a nice touch, you can view the under part of the train as it goes by. The G-scale basement back & forth layout was redesigned giving more track for a circus layout and circus train.
