little bit about this layout
"ANYTHING
RAILROAD" comes to life in the vacated garage on Greentree Road.
Bud
and Cass Oncay began their model railroad experience in the living room when Cass
began collecting LGB and G Scale trains.
The
layout was moved to a large shed in the back yard called "Dad's Trains"
and was expanded into a multi-tiered layout. But wait - Cass needed more room.
Bud purchased a larger shed/garage but with much convincing by Bud and the kids
with "You want the trains where you can work with them and not go outside
in the winter" was agreed to with a stipulation that Cass could do anything
she wanted when building the new layout. Bud moved out of the existing garage
and Cass moved in. With help from Bud and her son another multi-tiered layout
took shape.
It
has twelve operating tracks that accommodate G, O, HO and N. Cass isn't done yet
can't wait to see what she comes up with next.
