Welcome
To Part Two of Our Mid-North Wandering.
After arriving and checking to our Holiday Inn and
eating dinner, we checked the weather and found that the day we were planning
to go to the headwaters of the Mississippi River, it was going to rain. We
decided to switch the days around and go to the headwaters on the first full
day and go to the famous Mall of America, the third day. The second day was
full of railroad sightseeing. Everyone kept talking about the Minnesota
Transportation Museum.

After spending the morning at the museum, we headed
to the James Hill house. If you don’t know who James Hill was Google it and then
