The overall dimensions of the new layout are 12'x20' with (4) 4'x4' corners, and (8) 4'x2'6"
straights. Only one track travels around the layout. The remaining space is used for switching operations in
the yard with secondary operation on the passing and industrial sidings. We are
constantly adding to and improving the layout.
