On the Peaving heading towards Ash Fork, the route has many curves which makes for ample photographic opportunities.

   

   

   

This day the Overland Trail had a barber who was quite busy.  We also had a mustachioed model in a Grand Canyon Limited tee shirt.

   

   

Although it is impossible to see in the photo below right, a BNSF train is on the cutoff which bypasses this route.  Here is my extreme telephoto shot.



We are mostly descending in altitude and at times can see the track below us.
