647 returned 13 Nov 2015 & repowered with twin Cummins engines QSK60-Tier 4 - Cummins roof now 4 cooling fans (vs MP40s 2 dynamic 2 main cooling 1 hep cooling) - air intakes all different - unit rear the ladder in the middle - 2 doors at back (one for accessing the left side of the engine room & one for right side) - dynamic brake is no longer rheostatic now regenerative - the 4000hp EMD and 1200hp Cat replaced with two 2700hp Cummins engines - electrical system now combined with the propulsion and hep - new rating of 5400hp / new model number: MP40PHTC-T4
