Roster shot of the Day - 03/07/2008
Conrail flat car Class F30A CR 62894 September 1996 |
Former Pennsylvania Railroad car with camp car in maintenance of way service. The Univan camp car module is lettered "Labor/Management Fitness Car", the "Working Together For Safety Service Success" logo (similar to that found on the noses of Conrail B40-8's and GP15-1's) and "Philadelphia Union Management Action Studies" or "PUMAS", along with the mascot. It was used as a mobile gym for the MOW crews out in the field. Photos of models of these cars and other Conrail MOW equipment, built in HO scale by Matt Snell, can be found on this website. |
