| SEPTA Norristown Line Norristown PA April 3 2015 |
| On a dank and dreary day, SEPTA and NS arranged a swap of equipment at CP Kalb in Norristown. SEPTA RL1A 60 brought NS SW1001 2102, currently leased to SEPTA, up from Wayne Electric and dropped it off at CP Bridge. NS K38 brought two flat cars that SEPTA had recently purchased and dropped them off just north of CP Kalb. Then the light power did a switch: SEPTA 60 ran down to clear CP Ford so K38 could run north of CP Kalb, clearing Track 2. |

| SEPTA 60 then ran up Track 2 and coupled up to the flats as K38 waited north of the station. In these pictures, SEPTA is on NS and NS is on SEPTA. |

| After coupling and charging up the air, SEPTA 60 took the cars down into the city. |

| Meanwhile NS K38 ran around to CP Bridge and picked up 2102, taking it to Abrams so that NS can do some maintenance before it can be returned to SEPTA. |
