Pennsylvania Northeastern Lansdale Yard Lansdale PA August 2014 |
In preparation for the annual Lansdale Founder's Day celebration, the good folks at the New Hope and Ivyland Railroad dispatched four of their passenger coaches for use on trips from Lansdale to Souderton and back. They were brought up overnight by Pennsylvania Northeastern's overnight job, W230, and parked on the industrial track at the station. |
Later in the afternoon, the L160 crew coupled up to the cars ... |
and pulled them north so the generator's fuel tank could be refueled from PN 7210. |
When finished, PN 8211 shoved them back down to the station for an evening event. |
For the first annual Founder's Day Night Shoot, the local fire department brought in portable lighting so the dozen's of fans on hand could get some shots in front of the station. |
Later, John Gabriel Jr. set up his remote flash equipment. |
