SEPTA Norristown Line Conshohocken PA June 23 2014 |
SEPTA has collected a motley collection of work cars from different sources over the years, and their tie flats typical of the hodge-podge nature of paints and lettering. |
SPAX 2102 comes in blue and features bold white lettering. |
SPAX 2101 is light gray and has the fanciest font of all the cars. |
SPAX 2103 is another light gray car but with stenciled lettering. |
SPAX 210? is the rattiest of the cars, to the point where the reporting marks are non-existant. |
While the lettering on SPAX 2104 is similar to 2103, 2103 is a welded GSC car and 2104 harkens back to earlier riveted cars. |
SPAX 2115 is obviously a former Canadien National car, still wearing CN red paint. |
