| for good reason as the track work on the Norristown side has been completely stripped down to the deck with a new concrete base poured. |

| On the Bridgeport side, the safety railings have been removed and the walkway deck was next, first unbolted from the structure and loaded onto a truck on the bridge ... |

| then handed off to a Pettibone which stacked them neatly in piles to be picked up by another truck. There is also a staging area on the Norristown side under the bridge near the river. |
