SEPTA Lansdale Station Lansdale PA December 15 and 16 2012 |
In this era of empty public coffers, SEPTA has turned to advertising to generate revenue, turning their fleet of Silverliner V's into rolling billboards. A number of cars are now sporting ads for Bailey's Cream. The Bailey's wrap runs from bottom sill to roof between the doors and features a couple different designs. SPAX 711 shows off one ... |
SPAX 847 has the same ad as 711 on its sides, but its couplet 848 has a different one. The ads can be found on both sides of the car. |
A smaller ad from the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission promoting mass transit can be found on several other cars such as SPAX 722. |
and SPAX 820. On married pairs, the ad is placed on one side of one car such as 820 and on the other side of the other car in the pair. |
