| With the track ahead repaired, the Sidewinders lifted and rerailed the lead truck on 6318. |
 |
| A cable was attached to a bulldozer to provide forward movement during the process. |
 |
| The rear of 6318 was lifted and the Sidewinders walked the engine over the rolled rail beneath. |
 |
| Now that the engines were back on the rails, they could turn their attention to the box cars. |
