Railfan Pictures of the Week - 11/13/2011
SEPTA Main Line and Doylestown Branch Lansdale and Whitemarsh PA June 1993 |
It's near the summer solstice and the best opportunity to get a shot of SEPTA's Railworks Express out of Doylestown, here passing through Fortuna in the early morning. |
On SEPTA's Main Line just south of Fellwick Station. |
The Railworks Express would deadhead up to Doylestown every weekday morning just after dawn, pictured here having just passed Lansdale Station. |
The afternoon train that ran to Lansdale was much easier to catch, here resting on the Bethlehem Running Track at a somewhat overgrown Lansdale Station. |
