CSX Bethlehem Branch, Stony Creek Branch and NS Connecting Track Lansdale, Whitemarsh and Norristown PA April 8 2011 |
CSX B738 with five engines and 56 cars gets a running start off the Bethlehem Industrial Track heading for the SEPTA Main, but just for a little bit ... |
as they diverge from Track 1 at CP Dale and roll down the Stony Creek Branch. |
Taken from North Wales Road from above ... |
and later crossing over North Wales Road at grade. |
By the time they got down to Norristown, the rain had started, and after waiting for NS H4A, CSX Q190 and a couple SEPTA trains, they finally got the call to run over the SEPTA Norristown Line from CP Elm to CP Ford and the Connecting Track to the NS Morrisville Line and onward to Woodbourne Yard on the CSX Trenton Line. |
