| CSX Greenwich Yard and Hyundai-Rotem Plant Philadelphia PA December 26 2010 |
| CSX C964 was called in the early morning hours of Boxing Day to bring a belated present to SEPTA: the first three production Silverliner V's. C946 journeyed from Woodbourne Yard down to Greenwich Yard in South Philadelphia to pick up the cars and take them to Wayne Electric. |

| Over at the Hyundai-Rotem plant, CSX and plant personnel were making final adjustments to move Silverliner V single unit 703 and married pair 803 and 804. |

| Train Y450 with CSX GP15-1 1519 would do the honors with the plan to shove the cars with three gondola spacers out to C964. |

| Plans change, and an hour later C964 was brought up to the plant to couple up there. |
 |
| Forgot to mention the impending blizzard, which made the work just a little more interesting. |
 |
| By 1:45 apparent brake problems and the deteriorating weather conditions cause the whole project to be postponed. With luck, the new cars will be in SEPTA's hands before the new year. |
