CSX Trenton Line Woodbourne Yard Langhorne PA February 17 2009 |
|
CSX C770 coming off the Fairless Branch is ready to head down to Nabisco with five covered hoppers, but first it has to do a favor for Q418 sitting on the main. |
C770 pulls west of CP Fairless, passing ties recently dropped by SEPTA along Track 1 in preparation for upcoming tie and surfacing work. |
Then C770 shoves back into the yard under the watchful eyes of Q418's conductor. |
C770 couples up to a string of cars on Track 2 in Woodbourne Yard ... |
and pulls them out onto the main. |
Once C770 was west of CP Fairless, Q418 shoved back against the cars. |
Shortly after C770 uncoupled and Q418 did a quick air test, C770 continued on to Nabisco and Q418, with its quartet of SD40-2's, got the signal from SEPTA at Woodbourne and was headed east through CP Wood. |
