SEPTA Wayne Junction Station Philadelphia PA November 24 2008 |
|
After completing their trip from Thorndale on Train 5526, the Great Valley Flyer, the former NJT Comet 1 coaches that SEPTA acquired continue up to Fern Rock, where they wait out the remainder of the morning rush before returning to Frazer Yard. This day AEM-7 2305 pulls the consist through Wayne Junction. |
The cars retain the black window band they wore in NJT service, with SEPTA decals now where the NJT logo once was. |
The cab car 2461 also has the SEPTA logo and name on the cab end. |
Not long afterwards, the SEPTA wire train shoves back north with a former NJT Jersey Arrow on the point. |
