Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railroad October 20 2007 |
|
The Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railroad ran two types of excursions out of Jim Thorpe PA on October 20 2007: a big one to Port Clinton, and the regular excursions along the gorge. The Port Clinton train ran with Reading and Northern 5014 and 5017 and the Vista Dome with the red coaches. The regular excursion train had RN 5049 facing west and 5033 east with the blue coaches. Tom Duke was out there to capture it. Here the big train waits east of Jim Thorpe station. |
