Glen Riddle and Elwyn Stations SEPTA West Chester Branch

The West Chester Railroad ran two round trips from West Chester to Philadelphia on March 14 2004. Alco RS-18 1803 led the train on the way into town, pictured at Glen Riddle Station.

WCRR GP9 99 in Pennsylvania livery was on the other end.

Later that day CSX Q410 had this car near the end of the train as it passed through Belmont Junction in Philadelphia PA. The Mt. Dora & Lake Eustis Railway is a tourist line near Orlando FL, but the car was wearing the reporting mark and number RHSX 290, which would make it the property of the The Central New York Chapter, National Railway Historical Society. Last week it was delivered by CSX to CPRS in Albany NY, so it should be home by now.
