SEPTA Lansdale Station Lansdale PA February 10 2010 |
It's just after 11:00 in the middle of the second snow storm in a week. Train 546 pauses on Doylestown Track 2 at Lansdale as the snowfall eases, former Reading Company Silveriner II Class REB-13 9002 on the north end. |
On the south end is former Pennsylvania Silverliner II Class MP85 258. |
Meanwhile on the runner Silverliner IV 108 waits to depart as Train 529. |
By the time the train turned as Train 535 a couple hours later , the lull ended and the storm kicked into overdrive. 9002 on the tail end of the train as it crosses Fifth Street in Lansdale. |
258 heading south out of Lansdale between Main Street and Broad Street. |
The snow begins to accumulate on Silverliner IV 430 as it turns as Train 539. During the previous storm, SEPTA suspended service at 14:00 but this time rail service was suffering from delays but kept running. Delays would continue for the next few days. |
