Amtrak Northeast Corridor Eddington Station Bensalem PA November 26 2006

Part Five of the post-Thanksgiving exodus on one of the most heavily traveled days of the year. Part One can be found here, Part Two here, Part Three here, Part Four here.

Acela Express 2211 had power car class unit 2000, complete with nose stripe and lettering.

Trailing was power car 2002 with neither nose stripe nor lettering.
Another double-header, this time on Train 43 The Pennsylvanian, with a Philadelphia-bound SEPTA R7 Trenton Line local trailing behind.
Whereas the holiday extras that originated their roundtrip from NYC featured NJT equipment, the extra trains from Washington ran with MARC equipment, like Train 3154 led by MARC HHP-8 4915 pulling six of MARC's Sumitomo coaches.
