| SEPTA Gel Train with ALCO (they even put it on the side in big letters to advertise the fact) FA-1 615. It started out life as Great Northern 442A and later Burlington Northern 4116 before it was sold to the Long Island Railroad in the 1970's and converted to a power pack (basically a cab control unit that provides head end power) and operated as such until retirement in 1999. |
