Railfan Pictures of the Day - 01/22/2004
CSX Trenton Line CP Berry |
Q409, Q300 and C770 meet on a cold and windy day. |
Q409 with SD70AC 4712 leading pulls up to a stop signal on the main at CP Berry. |
What appears to be yellow paint instead of gold on the engineer's side front step hand rail is probably a result of the minor sideswipe of the derailed Q261 at Savage, Maryland. |
A broadside of 4712. |
Lightning Bolt 697 was once as famous as the new kid, but eventually the SD70AC's may be as common as the CW60AC's. |
Coming the other way, a beat pair of EMD's on Q300 with SD40-2 8098 on the point. |
Hot on the heels of Q409 is C770 featuring ugly slug 2205 (note lack of roof detail). |
